Managing Your Account
Your Whale mAPP account is managed under an ArcGIS Online Organization. Below you’ll find information about making some of the most common changes to your account.
Signing in on the website:
In order to sign into Whale mAPP, you must first have an ArcGIS Online Whale mAPP Organization account. If you don’t have one, please create an account with us.
Once you have an active account, you can sign into the ArcGIS Online Whale mAPP Organization directly from the Whale mAPP website using the Login button on the upper right hand corner. Doing so will present you with a popup window asking you to sign into your ArcGIS Online account.
Follow these steps to sign into your account:
- Enter your user name exactly as it was spelled when you or your administrator created your account.
- Enter your password exactly as you spelled it when you or your administrator created your password. Your password is case sensitive.
- Check the option Keep me signed in to stay signed in for two weeks unless you sign out.
- Click Sign In.
If you happen to already be logged into ArcGIS Online, then the Login button will present you with a popup window strictly to authorize your user with the Whale mAPP application. Click the orange Approve button to continue.
Change or reset a forgotten password:
This process is probably the most commonly used. The simplest way to reset your password is by click “Login” in the upper right hand corner of the Whale mAPP website. The “Forgot password” link will give you the option either change or reset your password. Alternatively, you can change or reset your password through the ArcGIS Online Whale mAPP Organization site.
